Promenade Pointe is proud to be home to the people who serve, teach and heal Norfolk. Qualifying residents get $25 off their rent every month.

How to qualify: Show a current pay stub, employee or agency ID, or an employment verification letter. Military members can use a military ID or LES, and veterans a DD-214 or VA ID card.

Navy Rental Partnership Program (RPP): Promenade Pointe is a proud RPP community. Eligible service members save 5% on monthly rent. Contact your installation’s Navy Housing Service Center or our leasing office to get started.
